Revolving Tree Art in Liverpool
Art is a strange thing. I’ve always been of the viewpoint that the only real art are portraits, pictures and, basically, not modern art but, as I see more things I learn to appreciate that, in their own way, they’re art, whether they appeal to me or not. In Liverpool, 2008’s European Capital City of Culture, a copse of revolving trees have been planted. Now, to most people that may seem pretty odd. I wonder how on earth that works, tree roots are quite widely spread generally. Are the trees fake? Still.. it’s much better than the giant spider. Ugh… Evil.. completely evil!
